If you want to increase your kidney health, Kidney Max will help you get there faster than anybody else. We believe everybody deserves to maximize their kidney health, but you have to take ownership of your well-being. We'll provide you with the tools and information to begin your self improvement journey.
Step 1: Enter your lab results
Submit your most recent results from 3 tests: Blood Pressure Test, Protein in Urine Test, and Blood Test. Results from at least one test are required to receive a risk score. Submit all three for the best results.
Step 2: Get your kidney risk score
You'll receive a kidney health risk score based on your lab results. This score will place you into a risk classification level that helps us identify an improvement action plan tailored to your needs.
Step 3: Receive personalized recommendations for maximizing your kidney health
Based on your risk score we'll share tailored recommendations for how to maximize your kidney health. These can range from diet advice to new medication options you may be eligible for.NOTE: We do not offer medical advice.
